I buy your kit!
Its easy
Bring your kit to the shop.
I give you a price.
You take the cash or use the kit to upgrade to something in the shop.

Terms & Conditions for purchasing kit

It must be yours to sell.
It must be in a good condition - no rips,holes or tears.
Be British Issue
I am only able to give a rough price over the phone .
I do not purchase weapons etc.
I am unable to take Body Armour,GS 12 Respirator, MK 7 Kevlar Helmets or rations and definitely no rations.
I can refuse any purchase of kit without reason

Ordering Your Items

Pick what you want
Run through the postage and payment process its that easy.
I try and post either the same day or the next day
Being a shop I sometimes might run out of an item before I can remove it from the website.
I will try and let you know as soon as possible
If you are in a rush for your item please phone me and let me know and I will make it my number 1 priority
If you need a help with the process please give me a call
At worst please allow for 28 days delivery

Standard UK Delivery

Delivery is by Hermes UK.
There is a tracking number
You will receive your email tracking info from My Hermes
I can post your item up to 9pm in the evening
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days from posting
All deliveries require a signature at your end.
If you have not got your order within four days of posting please let me know and I can see if there is a problem
I only charge £5.95 no matter how much you spend when delivery is in the UK.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery in the UK is £13.99 under 2 kg
Over this please ask
Delivery is by who ever can get it to you quicker but usually UPS, TNT or Royal Mail.
If you let me know in advance that you want something next day I will stop everything to ensure you have your item when required.
You must leave your phone number so that I can contact you if there are any questions or problems

Overseas Postage

Please email for a quote.
I only charge the same as I pay.
You will always get a tracking number and it needs to be signed for you at your end.
Southern Ireland is deemed as Overseas
I will not post your item until the full postage is paid

Damaged or Opened Parcels

If your parcel arrives opened or damaged - DO NOT ACCEPT IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Please put on the delivery note DAMAGED OR OPENED.
Let me know straight away and I will send another delivery out.
If you accept the parcel and you say it has been opened or damaged it takes ages to sort out.

Payment

Payment is made PAYPAL and is totally secure as millions of ebay users know
I also accept credit card payment through World Pay and is totally secure
I no longer accept Cheques or Postal Orders.
You can also place an order on line and I can have it ready for collection for you.
If you want a quote I can send a detailed Invoice through Pay pal which is sent as soon as payment is received.
If you have placed an order and it has been declined and the money has gone out of your account do not panic.
I have not got the money and it will appear back in your bank account usually within 3 days.
It does this because my Credit card handling Provider is being over cautious.
Please remember I do not have your money to give it back

Loyalty Points

I have recently introduced a LOYALTY POINT SYSTEM
For every pound you spend you will be awarded a point.
A point is worth 1p
You save these up and trade them in against your order.
The LOYALTY POINTS cannot be exchanged for cash etc

Refunds & Returns

I offer a 14 days return policy in line with current legislation.
Returns after 14 days will not be accepted with out a valid reason.
Not happy with what you have please return it to me for a full refund.
Before you do this please can you let me know by email/phone call/text the reason for returning the item
A full refund will issued where your item has developed a manufacturers fault no quibbles
A full refund will be issued if I have sent you the wrong Item by mistake,this includes postage and packing
Returns must be on the Signed for basis.
All returns must be come back in the same condition as they went out with Labels where attached
Items that have been washed or visible signs of use will be refused.

Your Details

Your privacy is important to me
I only give the Delivery firm your address,email and telephone number so that they call you if there is a problem

Copyright

All the pictures used in the website have been used with the kind permission of that particular supplier.
All other picture are my property and will not be used without my permission
Any use of my pictures without permission is deemed a breach of copyright and will be treated as such

Purchase of personal kit

I do purchase personal kit depending on the quality of the items.
All the items must be in good order and no longer be on your kit sheet
All items must be yours to sell.

Visits to Cadet Units/Camps/Training Areas

I can come to your Unit and sell my kit.
You get 10% of the sales in kit of your choice.
You can either take it in one hit or build up an account.
So the more you advertise the more you get.
If you have any questions please ask.
It is your responsibility to keep safe the Voucher I give you.
No Voucher no kit

Gift Certificates

Due to popular demand I have introduced GIFT CERTIFICATES.
These can be up to the value of £50.
They are to be used for the person it is issued to only.
It can not be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers

The vouchers given out to Squadrons are meant to be used for either building up Squadron stores so when someone who would like to go to Camp cant afford to go due to the cost can come to me and be helped out.
Vouchers must be presented on purchase of kit
When vouchers are Issued to the Squadron these are to be spent for the Squadron/Detachment only.
They are not to get the Staff the latest Issue piece of gucci kit.

Credit

On a good day I some times give credit.
I do not have many good days when I give credit.
This is only to Government Bodies (Military and Cadet Units)
Payment is always due by the end of the month.
Failure to do so attracts penalties at my discretion and contacting their Parent Unit.
All freebies given with these orders will no longer become free and charged at the going rate.
All goods remain the property of Nicks kit until paid for in full.

I love to hear from you and you are always welcome to pop in the shop for a chat to discuss your needs. I am only human and sometimes do make mistakes but shouting does not help.
