The Heat Stone is to be used in the Heat2Eat Self Steamer 

Gives you a piping hot meal in 15- 30 minutes 

Add 200ml of water to the self steamer base.

Submerge the heat stone into the water 

Add your food into the steaming tray put the lid on 

15 - 30 minutes later your food is ready
